Classic Guava

Original flavour, beautiful taste of Colombian tropical Guava fruit, with a delicious lingering aftertaste, easy to digest on the go. This has been the Colombian go to energy block for over half a century.

Guava & Coffee

Coffee and Colombia go together hand in hand, and this is no exception, made from Aribica coffee beans and Tropical Guava fruit.
This delicious combo has the Classic Guava hit, combined with a smooth mocha/ chocolate taste from the coffee beans (rather than the usual burnt espresso taste associated with most coffee foods and drinks).

If you like something with a little more contrast in taste, then this is the one. The flavour combination hit, is much like a fruit pastel.
You still get the lovely guava lingering aftertaste, with a little bit of berry sharpness.

The Açai berry is known the world over for its health benefits.
By utilising natural Açai pulp, our latest energy block has all the classic taste of the Açai berry. It offers up chocolate and cranberry notes, that combine brilliantly with the sweetness of the classic taste of guava.

What makes Guava a Superfruit?

Luchos are bursting with natural guava goodness… There are two key ingredients in Luchos Classic bocadillo: guava and sugar. Wrapped up to create a tasty Vegan, Gluten Free energy block!

Excellent source of antioxidant vitamin-C. 100g fresh fruit provides 228mg of this vitamin, more than three times the required daily-recommended intake (and 4 times more than an orange)

Rich in Vitamin-A, and flavonoids like beta-carotene, lycopene, lutein and cryptoxanthin. The compounds are known to have antioxidant properties

A very rich source of soluble dietary fiber (5.4g per 100g of fruit, about 14% of RDA)

A very rich source of potassium. It contains more potassium than other fruits like banana, weight per weight. Potassium is an important component of cell and body fluids that helps controlling heart rate and blood pressure.

A moderate source of B-complex vitamins such as pantothenic acid, niacin, vitamin-B6 (pyridoxine), vitamin E and K, as well as minerals like magnesium, copper, and manganese

Impressed! I recently tried Luchos for fuelling my long-distance runs, and am really impressed! I really like the taste and texture of the Luchos, especially the original guava flavour, and I love how they come wrapped in a naturally compostable leaf! They are a great size, and a great source of carbs. I have also been impressed by the brilliant care the Luchos team have shown - their customer service is excellent. An Excellent product I used the Lucho Dillitos Colombian energy block for the first time during a 152km Poppy ride in Shropshire. They are excellent both an energy gel and bar in one. They are easy to store on the ride and easier to digest than some energy bars and they taste great. Very natural product vegan and gluten free as well. Will now be joining me on my future rides. My contact with the company ( I will be placing an order) has been excellent very friendly, professional and customer focused. Highly recommended.

Game changer Luchos provided us with their energy blocks for our annual training camp (Cycling), which saw riders covering between 60 and 160km daily over a period of a week. I have been involved in sports and endurance events since i was a teenager and always used gels, safe to say after using their products I will never go back to gels again! I can’t believe I’ve never used them before. If you haven’t used them yet, you really should.

Tasting is believing! What a product! Never found a solid, edible energy bar that tastes good (every flavour), does the trick and has no negative effect on my stomach until now! Was introduced to Luchos by a friend and I can not thank them enough. Great value, great flavours, great service.
