Our mission is to share the taste and tradition of Colombian guava with the rest of the world, giving active people a real-fruit alternative to energy gels.

Made for sport. Each Luchos Energy Block provides 34 g of carbohydrate and 136 kcal, in a soft, chewy block that's easy to eat on the move.
04The leaf
Each block is wrapped the traditional way in a dried, natural, untreated leaf that's 100% biodegradable so there's no plastic wrapper to dispose of.

My name is Shayna Powless Ankou and I’m a member of the Oneida Nation, UCLA graduate, and former professional cyclist of 12 years across multiple disciplines such as road, track, gravel, mountain biking and esports. I’m also a cycling coach at Powless Performance, a new mom, and Dream Catcher Foundation co-founder, which is a non-profit dedicated to empowering Native youth through sport and raising awareness of the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and girls crisis in North America.
